• Tuesday, September 1, 2026 — Los Angeles @ LA Convention Center
• Thursday, September 3, 2026 — Palm Springs @ Renaissance Palm Springs
• Wednesday, September 9, 2026 — Sacramento @ SAFE Credit Union Convention Center
• Friday, September 11, 2026 — Virtual

Conference sessions will include information about:

• UC systemwide and campus admission updates
• First-year admission basics and other advanced topics
• Advising dual enrollment students
• Preparing high school students to transfer
• UC application workshops
• UC financial aid opportunities and more!

Programming across both the in-person and virtual conference will include the same workshops. We encourage you to register for the date and format that works best for you. All registered counselors will have access to the presentation PDFs and recordings from the virtual conference after all of the conferences have concluded. 

Registration

Capacity is limited and advance registration is required. Registration will close one week prior to each event or once capacity has been reached (whichever occurs first). 

Are you registering on behalf of another person? Utilize this fillable form to internally collect all of the required information before registering online.

Payment

The registration fee for the in-person events is $120 per person and the fee for the virtual conference is $60 per person, payable by credit card only. We cannot accept checks or purchase orders. Once processed, registration fees are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date or location. 

Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent with detailed payment instructions.

Group registrations

Group registrations are welcome if you have multiple counselors from your school or program planning to attend and will be paid for as a group. You will need to provide all of the required information for the first counselor in your group. For each additional counselor, you will only need to provide their first name, last name and a unique email address. Once complete, each counselor will receive a confirmation email with instructions to add their individual details. 

Please note that any counselors attending virtually will need to be registered separately from those attending in person.
