Art History

Biology
For Chemical Biology or Chemical Engineering majors, score of 4 or 5 satisfies Biology 1A and 1AL.

Economics
Each test: Score of 3 or higher earns 2.7 units toward breadth requirement. 

English
Literature: Score of 4 satisfies R1A and earns 4 units toward breadth requirement (equivalent to English 1A); score of 5 earns 5.3 units toward breadth requirement. 

Language: Score of 4 or 5 satisfies R1A and earns 4 units toward breadth requirement (equivalent to English 1A).

Government and Politics
Each test: Score of 3 or higher earns 2.7 units credit toward breadth requirement. 

History
Each test: Score of 3 or highers earns 3 units toward breadth requirement. 

Human Geography
Score of 3 or highers earns 2.7 units toward breadth requirement.

Language Other Than English
Literature, each exam with a score of 3 or higher: For Chemical Engineering majors, earns 3 units toward breadth requirement; for Chemistry or Chemical Biology majors, satisfies Language Othan than English requirement or earns 3 units toward breadth requirement.

Language, each exam with a score of 3 or higher: For Chemical Engineering majors, earns 5.3 units toward breadth requirement, maximum of 6 units total; for Chemistry or Chemical Biology majors, satisfies Foreign Language requirement or earns 5.3 units toward breadth requirement (Group II: Humanities/Social Sciences).

Latin
Each exam with score of 3 or higher: For Chemical Engineering majors, earns 2.7 units toward breadth requirement; for Chemistry or Chemical Biology majors, satisfies Language Other than English requirement or earns 2.7 units toward breadth requirement.

Mathematics
Calculus AB (or AB subscore on BC exam): Earns subject credit for Mathematics 1A.

Calculus BC: Score of 3 or 4 earns subject credit for Mathematics 1A; score of 5 earns subject credit for Mathematics 1A-1B.

Music Theory
Score of 3 or higher earns 3 units toward breadth requirement.

Physics
Physics C, both tests: Combined score of 10, earns subject credit for Physics 7A.

Psychology

Score of 3 or higher earns 2.7 units toward breadth requirement.
