Transfer Admission Planner

The Transfer Admission Planner (UC TAP) is an online tool that can help prospective UC transfer students track and plan their coursework. 

  • You can use the Transfer Admission Planner to enter your coursework (completed and planned) from the beginning of your college career to whenever you decide to transfer to a UC campus.

  • The planner will help you track your progress toward meeting UC's minimum requirements, and allows UC staff to communicate with you about important transfer process information. 

  • The UC TAP tool can also help if you are seeking a Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) with one of the six participating UC campuses. You'll submit the TAG application through UC TAP. 

  • UC campuses may communicate with UC TAP students directly to tell you about upcoming events and visits from campus admission representatives to your school.
