We are excited to host our 2024 UC Counselor Conferences this fall. Programming across both formats will include the same content. We encourage you to register for the date and format that works best for you. All registered counselors will have access to the presentation PDFs and recordings from the virtual conference after all of the conferences have concluded.

• Thursday, September 12, 2024 — Redding

Registration is now available for the virtual and in-person Counselor Conferences! 

Capacity is limited and advance registration is required, so be sure to secure your space today! Registration will close once capacity has been reached or one week prior to each event (whichever occurs first). Further information, including the schedule overview and FAQs can be found on the registration websites.

Payment

We are in the process of transitioning to an improved credit card payment process. During this temporary transition (April–late May), you will be able to submit your registration without payment. Registrants will then receive an email in late May with further instructions on how to submit payment for any balance due. 

The registration fee will be $95 (in-person) and $45 (virtual), payable by credit card only. We cannot accept checks or purchase orders. Once payment is processed, registration fees are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date or location.

Group registrations

Group registrations are welcome if you have multiple counselors from your school or program planning to attend and will be paid for as a group. You will need to provide all of the required information for the first counselor in your group. For each additional counselor, you will only need to provide their first name, last name and a unique email address. Once complete, each counselor will receive a confirmation email with instructions to add their individual details. 

Please note that any counselors attending virtually will need to be registered separately from those attending in person.
